Leara was a young girl that Toboe meets in the city. When she accidentally drops a potato, Toboe (in wolf form) goes to eat it, but flees when Leara comes to pick it up again. After she sees him hiding behind a box, she offers him a few hotdogs. He sniffs and eyes them, only taking it when Leara glares the nearby crows back and takes a bite herself. After, Toboe thanks her by licking her hand.
He shows her his human form by telling her that she had fed his dog and that they were named after each other. She comments that he's pretty weird but is not visibly afraid. Later, when he tries to retrieve her falcon and kills it by accident, he transforms before her eyes and howls. This frightens her, but before she can react, Toboe is whisked away by Tsume.
On the next da
Toboe transforms into a wolf and howls in despair when he realizes he killed Leara's hawk.
y, Leara finds Toboe in the same alley. Toboe tries to explain that he only revealed his wolf form to her so she could trust him, only to be rejected by her with fear, saying that he is "not normal" and untrustworthy. After the wolves leave the city, Leara is not seen again in the anime.
She appears in episodes 2, 3 and 16. Her status is possibly Deceased.
