The Owl appears in episode 10 of the series.
Appearance[]
The Owl is a brown Barred Owl with black eyes. He is mostly dark brown on the wings and head, and lighter on the stomach and neck. His facial disk is a slight tan-color while his beak is beige.
Personality[]
He is a very mysterious owl who speaks in riddles and rhetorical questions. He has a habit of moving his head in a circular motion as he speaks.
Plot[]
The wolves get hungry when they are walking through the Forest of Death. Seeing the owl, they follow it while going further into the forest. It continues to give Toboe a feeling of unease. It annoys the wolves further and further until they are attacked by big, carnivorous bugs.
The Owl is presumed dead by the wolves, as when they are entering the "cave", they find owl bones on the floor.
He is later heard speaking in the end of the series as the world is being reborn.
