Story

There is an old legend that speaks of a hidden paradise on Earth, a paradise which only wolves can find. And while thought to have been extinct for hundreds of years, wolves indeed still walk the Earth...hidden among mankind. Now, a group of outcast wolves set out to find Paradise. Kiba, Hige, Toboe and Tsume, each wolf is driven by their own personality and desires, but together they are pursued by humans seeking to quench their own thirst for power. A difficult and long journey lies ahead, but along with Blue & with Paradise waiting to be found. But even now this world is being destroyed and complete covered in ice. So Kiba and the others have only a limited time to find paradise. And if they can't find it during the next full red moon, it's over for all humans and wolves alike.

Series

Wolf's Rain is set in a futuristic earth after an apocalypse has come and has sent earth into an ice age. Humans have begun to live in domed cities and it is common knowledge to humans that all wolves are extinct. Although humans believe that the wolves have been gone for 200 years, the wolves are still alive and hiding among the human race. The wolves have adapted the ability to appear as humans so that they may live among them in secret.
